field.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with
engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g.,
strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering
technical presentations to senior leadership.
- 3 years of experience in software development or
engineering.

value in, and inspire people to create Shorts through feed
recommendations, making it easy to go from watching to creating.At

is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges
are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and
iterate.
