Who We Are:We are the Common Hardware Group (CHG) delivering the silicon, optics, and hardware platforms for Cisco's core Switching, Routing, and Wireless products. We design the networking hardware for customers around the world. CHG silicon chips, optical modules, and full hardware systems solve for a range of demanding use cases from access points for a medium size business, to an enterprise data center, and the largest of hyperscale AI workloads. We are a team passionate about technology, and have aspiring goals, and love to win as a team.Who You Will Work With:You will be a leading member of the newly established CHG Business Operations and Planning team. In this role, you will partner closely with key departments, including engineering, silicon operations, finance, people and culture (P&C), and Cisco operations, fostering cross-functional partnerships to drive key initiatives.What You Will Do:In this role you will own program management responsibilities for all CHG bustiness tooling and automation. This includes Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence, TeamPlan (Cisco developed), and other productivity tools. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Coordination with cross-functional teams to plan and accomplish the delivery and implementation of tools.
  • Developing project plans, tracking progress against key objectives, and communicating status to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Working with engineering teams to identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborating with product management to ensure that development aligns with product requirements.
  • Working with Cisco IT, Cisco Networking and our internal stakeholders. Who You Are:You are a dynamic and goal oriented Technical Program Manager with a strong background in managing complex tools programs. You excel at coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with key players. Your analytical skills and attention to detail enable you to identify technical risks and drive projects to successful completion. Passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or other related field.
  • 8+ years of engineering, product management, or engineering program management experience.
  • Expertise working with product management and business productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Experience with executive presentation delivery and content creation. Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
