Your knowledge of online media combined with your interpersonal
skills and analytical abilities crafts how new and existing
business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building
skills, you provide world class client service, research and market
analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently
explore and uncover the business needs of T-Ad's key clients and
understand how our range of product offerings can grow their
business. You set the vision and the strategy for how their
advertising can reach thousands of users.
T-Ad's advertising sales team is a group of highly-skilled
professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring high
potential advertisers and agencies, and subsequently persuading
them to incorporate our new to market ad solutions. Our team of
entrepreneurial, hardworking and customer-focused team members are
the "human face" of T-Ad's, helping agencies and brands to connect
with their customers better and grow their businesses.
T-Mobile Advertising Solutions will be growing its enterprise sales
efforts and is in need of a senior seller capable of scaling
revenue across solutions.
- Lead your business pipeline and develop a strategy for
long-term sustained success while reaching your short-term revenue
targets.
- Develop strategies that optimize market potential and drive
revenue growth.
- Understand customer needs, market challenges and business
requirements. Tailor advertising solutions to meet their objectives
and prove out ROI.
- Educate new advertisers on the transitioning digital landscape
from a cookie-driven environment to outstanding 1st party data
solutions that will enable their success in the future.
- Utilize your industry relationships and comprehensive
interpersonal skills to be present in market - making the most of
the time you spend with industry colleagues and prospective
accounts.Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)Work Experience:
- 2-4 years of full life-cycle digital media sales
experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in building a book of business, leading
to strategic team targets, and developing associated
agreements.
- Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of
transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing
strategies
- Agency experience preferred
- Entertainment experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and
Abilities:
- Business Development Experience in building a book of business,
ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and
in developing associated agreements. (Required)
- Advertising Sales: Experience in educating new advertisers on
the benefits of T-Ads outstanding value proposition and building a
book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of
quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Industry: Comprehensive understanding of the digital media
landscape, including but not limited to industry trends, privacy,
the value of data, competitive landscape, programmatic ecosystem
and reporting solutions.
- Relationship Development: Experience in developing
relationships with new customers and achieving considerable
year-over-year growth across existing customers. Highly passionate
about the Entertainment vertical (Studios, Streaming Platforms and
Networks).
- Communication: Effective and conscience communication skills,
with the ability to develop needs analysis and eloquent solutions
that take on problems.

Pay Range: $142,300 - $256,700, inclusive of target incentivesBase
