Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in San Jose, CA! Our company provides the highest caliber of outpatient treatment to adolescents struggling with addiction and/or mental illness. Schedule: Flexibility to work Monday-Thursday 9 am to 7pm and Friday 9am to 5pm Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
• Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
• Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including -DBT Groups
• Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
• Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission

  Payrate : $85,000 - $105,000.
